"Serviceable living quarters, plenty of parking, many dumpsters allowing for ease of trash disposal. Raising rent and implementing smoke free next lease cycle though. Not financially competitive or affordable comparatively to other apartment complexes. Had a few issues on move in ranging from bathtub drain not functioning, one of the electric range burners not working, wood swelling of countertops, garbage disposal issues, and heater problems in the winter..."

"The new manager that took over is extremely rude and unprofessional. She and her staff pick and choose who they want to target and they will pretty much harass you but let other tenants get away with whatever they are after you about. They do not respond to legitimate issues when I text or email them. The appliances in the “updated” units are extremely outdated and some barely function. We can’t even use our oven because it burns anything you put in it. Our neighbors constantly blast music, have people in and out until 3am, and smoke so much that they make our entire apartment smell like weed but the office won’t even respond to me about it. They threatened lease violations over a propane tank but if you look right across the pond at the other townhouses you will see two gas grills with propane tanks attached. The office manager drives their oversized golf cart around taking pictures of tenants things outside that she deems unacceptable and claims she can change the lease anytime she wants. Save yourself the hassle and do not move here. They lost almost 5k of our money that we had on our account and they called us liars when we brought it up to them. They finally had to get an accountant involved to find the money but not before they threatened to evict us. When we upgraded from a flat to a townhouse they made us pay two inspection fees because they fired the first girl who did it and said we had to have someone else do a new one. When we moved into our townhouse the cleaning people were never scheduled so it was DISGUSTING but the manager blamed it on the cleaning service even though they had never been booked. The indoor pool has been closed for months, the outdoor pool was only open for half of the summer, the play ground looks terrible, the clubhouse and everything in it is falling apart but they made sure to remodel their offices. The maintenance dudes are great though, props to them for being the only highlight of this place."

"I’ve lived here since like .. July, August? I have almost 200 sqft. more space and am paying about as much as I was at the last place I was living in, so that’s a plus. But the big catch 22, there’s hardly ANY noise insulation. I feel sorry for the people who move in on the ground level and have to consistently listen to their upstairs neighbors doing GOD KNOWS WHAT above them .. it’s pretty ridiculous to say the least, I should have $300 knocked off of my monthly rent for the ruckus I have to listen to on a daily basis.. crazy. Disrespectful. Not fair."
