"We my disabled husband and I stayed at the Ritz and Nate and Lisa helped in many us in so many ways the rooms have almost all been redone they are clean they spray religiously and don't bring them from your home but we were there almost a year and clean and anything you need just ask a they will try their damdest to provide it for you couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay I was sad to go thank you Nate And Lisa And Morgan Love Nate and Debbie .."

"The staff(1 employee) was not exactly what you would refer to as friendly, warm, or inviting. I didn't get the impression that I was a valued, or welcome guest. Room was dirty, smelled like mildew, and bed linens were full of animal hairs."
