"WARNING! Quite possibly the worst experience I have had with a bank to date. Very difficult to get anyone to actually call you back. Some of the employees are incompetent or unwilling to properly handle issues that arise. Only one employee actually took the time to explain and look into my issue to help get it resolved. I could go on! Be warned, your taking a 50/50 shot here."
