"Hometown Bank Of Alabama is a very good bank they have some very good people that work their and always happy to help you, I have been with Hometown Bank several years now. I just had my first encounter with someone named Karen who answered the phone when I called. She is 1 exception to my above comment about the Hometown Staff. Karen kept cutting me off today when I would try to talk, she wanted to talk over me and not listen to what I had to say. I wouldn't be finished with what I was saying and she would give a answer to what she thought I was going to say. That I will say is very bad customer service. I just hope the next time I need to call Hometown Bank she does not answer the phone if she does I will hang up. I don't like to deal with anyone that will talk over you and cut you off before you can explain your self or ask a question. Karen, I think,.. needs some more Hometown Training so she can be like the rest of the staff we are all use to dealing with."
