It seems to me that she treated us differently because maybe we weren’t wearing our Sundays best or because we were an interracial couple. But either way, her energy was disgusting. Another white old gentleman pulled up beside us and was welcomed with such warmth. I hope this is not how you run your business with judge mental or potentially racist people. The "customer service representative" was clueless. Their website and customer service is pitifully poor, seriously considering another bank to do business with."
