"THE WORST BANK IVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE ! DONT GIVE THWM YOUR BUSINESS EVERYONE THERE IS RUDE AS HECK AND NEEDS TO GET THEIR HEADS OUTTA THEIR BUTTS! the branch manager David had repo people come and repo our truck for a 10 day missed payment when we told him we switched banks and to no try and pull money out of our hold regions account and to pull it from our Americans first account. And when he tried pulling our money from the regions and didn’t try the other account they just decided to call the repo company! And when my husband called to ask why they came to repo my truck he said word for word “I’m sorry sure we just assumed since we couldn’t pull your money out that you just GOT ON DRUGS AND DECIDED NOT TO PAY US” ! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A BRANCH MANAGER ! And apparently they didn’t have our phone numbers so that they could ask us to pay the bill but they had our address to come repo the truck but they could’ve just sent the bill to our address! Anyways when we went to get my truck they said it was all a misunderstanding and they’d take care of the problem. We owed $2,000 left on my truck and then they went and added $2,000 to our payment ! But told us they were going to cover it. And when my husband called to ask why they added more money to our payment when they said it was their fault they said “we’ll since we’re a small self owned bank we can make our own rules” and so that gave them the right to add the extra $2,000 to our payment when we could’ve just payed the towing fees out of pocket. I highly don’t recommend this bank unless you want to get seriously screwed over. We sold the truck and have no ties to central state and I’m glad because now I can put the branch manager on blast for telling my husband he thought he was a driver user for missing one single payment when the guy before us who sold us the truck missed 6 months worth of payments and they never repo the truck then or charged him late payment fees! It’s all ridiculous and I think we deserve that $2,000 grand back."
