"Wow is all I can say, if I could give them 0 stars I would. Kathy has to be one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever spoken to, she called me and asked for my husband by name no hello, good afternoon, nothing. who I said wasn’t here. She then said “tell him I left a message” for one there was no message to be given she literally just asked for him by name and I still had no idea who was calling so I kindly asked who this was and she said abruptly “Kathy” when I proceeded with “kathy from?” She got very ugly and said I “ I didn’t give you a company name” at this point I hung up. I goggled the number and popped up as a place we have a loan through. I hope Kathy take the time to take some refreshers on how you speak to customers and their significant others. As well as a refresher in customer service in general. Tons of places to get loans through. I will be glad to mark them off my list of people to never use again. Thanks Kathy for making mariner finance look like a joke!! :)"
