"This was the worst experience ever I never received the loan and I called the Bessemer office repeatedly to no avail one lady there needs training in customer service. I spoke with the manager and someone else and was told they would email the home office to see what happened with the funds and I have heard back from anyone. The only reason I’m giving one star is because I can’t post it if I don’t give one."
