"We pre bought our tickets for a Saturday show and the theatre was closed when we arrived at 1045. The first movie started at 1040. I understand things happen and fully expected to be able to receive a refund. When I called, it sounds like there was an issue with the opener. They are refusing to process the refund over the phone and will not refund the booking fees, either. We live 20 minutes away, had to drive to Brownsburg to make another showtime that we promised our kids and now the only way is if we drive all the way back to Lebanon to get the refund. It's beyond frustrating."
