"The lady who prepared my taxes told me that she would be right back and she picked up my W-2 and my driver's license and took them with her. I thought that she was going to make copies of them but instead she went to talk to another customer and when I heard her talking I looked around to see her holding up my W-2 and my driver's license so that the person that she was talking to could see my business and that really made me feel that my information was not safe with her. Besides that incident, I feel that she was really good at preparing my taxes."
