"I’ve been their customer for 8 years. Today I needed a COVID test. Registered online. Showed up and they did the simple quick test instead of the lab test. When I pointed this out they said that I only chose that one on their website. Two things. When I ordered it online that was the only option I could find. I called to store requesting assistance. They said they couldn’t help me. Upon the testing I asked again. They said sorry. All you ordered was the useless test that I could’ve done myself with purchasing a kit. No help. No positive results. I’m certain that I have COVID. It’s not my first time. Rude unhelpful people. A waste of time and money."
