"Pharmacy is a joke. 6 hours wasted between being at the store and calling insurance, doctor, etc. The people at the pharmacy refused to do there job properly. After going round and round they were proven to be at fault. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere! These people are total idiots!"

"Went to the deli section at 7:50 tonight. A guy loudly announces "everyone will be served". I look around, and there's me and one other guy, so that was an odd statement. 15 minutes later, me and the other guy are still waiting. Three people are behind the counter, one is cleaning, which is fine, but won't break from his cleaning to help people who've been standing there for 10 minutes, or even acknowledge me "be with you in a minute". So, the "everyone will be served" was a lie. It looked to me like "let's wait and see if these people give up and leave so we can go off shift.""

"Convenient when shopping, but often difficult to deal with. I often get 90 day prescriptions and insurance only pays for 30 days. I always want to pay cash for my 'scripts because it is less than going through insurance (crazy right). It takes an act of God for these folks to fill it correctly despite phones calls prior to the fill date requesting to pay cash for the 90 day fill. Nope. I show up and it's always converted over to a 30 day supply because "insurance won't pay for 90". DUHHHHHHH."

"This review is solely for the bakery department. In the midst of a global pandemic (Covid-19), I witnessed one of the staff in the bakery dept. wipe her bare hands across a spoon to dislodge the remnants of the strawberry filling onto two cakes. When asked why she wasn't wearing any gloves, with an attitude, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I had to speak to the manager about the incident; hopefully she was reprimanded but I wonder how many other cakes or baked goods she'd prepared with her dirty non-gloves hands!"

"My doctor mistakenly sent my prescription to both the Homewood and Dyer pharmacy locations causing it to be put on hold. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacist Ola fixed and filled my script without hestitation despite it being a busy Sunday afternoon. I've never had a bad experience once coming to this pharmacy and have had even better care since the new pharmacy manager, Mark, has taken over. Quality care and excellent staff will keep me coming back."
