"Called about getting money order without being a member because they are listed as a Western Union over the phone she made it sound like no problem even verified with her boss they could! So I drive there literally not even a monute away, I get there they can't do it...on the phone you said I could. Then they proceed to stare at me judgingly, asked if I was a member which I wasn't and asked to see my ID. Since I wasn't a member now all of a sudden they can't do it, even though the same lady on the phone said she could. Would give 0 stars if I could horrible customer service."
