"This hotel is absolutely disgusting! They need new carpet, updated furniture, new fresh paint on the walls and not to mention a Generator!?? If you wanna go to a nasty cheap room then go but it needs a lot of work!!! Should be shut down then upgraded."

"BED BUGS There were bed bugs. We alerted the staff and they gave us another room that had bed bugs. The lady said, "well that room shouldn't have any. And they refused a refund."

"Bes bug found crawling on a pillow after boyfriend was bit throughout the night. Told clerk about it and nothing was done. Not a refund or a complimentary stay which I wouldn't want anyway but anything. Will be calling code enforcement sometime today when I get a chance. Will include photos if option is given."

"Stayed 10/20/2022 Bed was sunk in middle, linens were old and tattered which is not a major thing. However when you turned on lights during the night or morning, the critters scattered quickly. Cockroaches in sink, on counter, on walls in bathroom and in the tub. When told desk clerk and owner at checkout owner said we take care of today with bug bomb. I got no apology of any type !"
