Luxe inn - whirlpool suites & extended stay

"Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. The toilet had poop stains in it. Floors where gross. Hot tub looked like it had an std. On top of the fact it wasn’t any blankets. Front desk wouldn’t offer a new room or refund. Would rather have slept in my car (was in the area for one night) except it was -20 out"

"DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! ROACHES AND BEDBUGS!!! DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. MY LADY RAN TF OUT OF THERE AFTER A ROACH CRAWLED ON HER AND I DIDNT GET MY REFUND.THE FIRST LINE ON THEIR POLICY IS TO GET A REFUND IN 10MINS.I RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR OR ON A BUS BENCH.."

And the gentleman I spoke with was very brash about the situation. I had no violations or incidents, just two unsatisfactory experiences after being a member for about 4 years. The nerve."
