"Picked up our Pomeranian after 4 days boarding. They took his carrier from us, to the back, to put him in it. We took him out of the carrier less than 3 minutes after getting him. He had poop all around his bottom. It got on the carrier, our clothes and the car. I called back and was told "he didn't have any poop on him when she took him out of the cage, so he must have pooped after being put in the carrier." He doesn't poop in his carrier, never has. There is no way he would have had time to poop in the carrier and it's too small for him to walk around and do his business. (He has to walk as he poops) Very disappointed in the care he received while boarding."

"Cheapest nail trim in town for my Sassy chiweenie for baby! She didn't have any issues w the techs and they were sweet and patient and did NOT have to muzzle my baby! That's why I loved them."
