They have warm and caring customer service and are 100% devoted in making your experience during tax season as painless as possible!!! I really have never had any complaints. I definitely would urge anyone to give them a visit this tax season!"

"This place is a rip off and not recommended... when I called to schedule my appointment, I ask serval times how much it would cost. I could never get a answer... when I went in to do my taxes, before they started, I asked again how much it will cost. I still did not get an answer.... when the lady got done, she said it will be 600$ for a charge. That was 300$ more than the year before, and even then that price went up from the year previous to that one.... I feel like I got trapped into that price... also, before having my taxes done, I had serval messages and phone calls telling me to come get my taxes done early so I can get a cash advance... when I asked for the cash advance ( after serval calls and messages telling me to come in for that reason) I was denied even tho I got back enough refund. Places and companies like this need to go out of business.... I don't recommend going there"

"I've been a customer of this place for 8 years straight, but the service I received last year and this year made me to make the decision to take my business elsewhere after the service I received from the older disrespectful and unprofessional lady with glasses who works at the place. She was rude to me last year and this year and while trying to have my taxes done by her this year she kept hopping up and tending to walk-in customers who had complaints of not receiving their direct deposits (which should've been my redflag and I should've just cancelled and left at that point) then after me patiently waiting on her to finish with them and got back to me, she then got loud and smart with me because I didn't have the documentation that she was demanding that I give her on spot dispite me having to go through the same exact thing with her last year when she done my taxes and made me drive all the way to my house to get it and drive all the way back (a 20 minute one way drive) before she would even do my taxes and was supposed to had made copies and put in my file to have prevented the issue again but apparently failed to do so because she claimed she did not have the documentation and was insisting that I drive all the way back to my house and retrieve it and come back there before doing my taxes once again! After the crabby old woman being rude with me because I told her that I shouldn't have to burn the gas and time again like I did last year I told her just to forget it, I'll have someone else do my taxes from here on out, she then hops up out of her desk chair with all my tax documents in hand and just begins putting my papers in the shredder about a foot from her desk! I told her that if she shreds my W2s and federal proof of insurance papers then I would go see my attorney immediately when I leave. She handed me back my property after I said that and told me to go. All proof of this should be on surveillance cameras if any doubt on this incident by management/corporate and the old hateful woman should be fired for such unprofessional behavior! Doesn't matter to me either way because I am done with Liberty Tax Service after that ordeal and most definitely would not recommend doing business there."
