"I think Carter is a good CPA and we got along really well, but there were some shortcomings on our day to day activity that could have been better. Overall, they are a solid firm, but probably not the best fit for a contractor in the construction industry."
"They billed me $95 for having a 5 minute conversation with me on the phone. $160 for printing a form from they're computer. Did not disclose they're billing practices to me, getting on the defensive saying that "Time is Money" and when I complained about it they dropped me as a client the day my taxes were due leaving me less than 24 hours to file my business sales tax, then would not copy my information to take to another CPA saying the receptionist was out of the office saying she was the only person with access to my file. They are horrible on the phone, nasty with they're business practices, and nastier if you question they're billing! Not nice people to go with, they are they're for the money, not for your welfare, and dropping you the day your taxes are due proves that! JUST HORRIBLE PEOPLE AND BUSINESS PRACTICES!!"
