I was there to meet Rudy Giuliani when he was Mayor of New York, with politics aside the Mansion is worth any extra effort to get a look at this fascinating piece of architectural history."

"Another amazing free NY historical site! Sign up online for a one hour tour of the ground floor. Really neat artwork, including some great Normal Rockwells. Was very impressed by the painted wallpaper in one of the sitting rooms. Also a great signed Robert Moses portrait. Highly recommend for any locals, great was to learn more about the city."
