"Been in this building almost ten years on top having the worst management ever, door man and maintenance all suck Ohhh and one more insightful note tenants are suing the building for over charging rent while they wore collecting tax abatement from government And to finish which more important The smell of sulfur o guess to cover the smell of sewer"

"I lived here for over 6 years. It is overall a great building, and Louie, the morning doorman, was a ray of light in my life throughout my entire stay there. I never had an issue with hearing upstairs or adjacent neighbors, which is amazing. The ceilings are also very high, especially apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. **Important note for incoming tenants**: The accounting dept from IGI (Izaki Group Investments) runs accounting for 90 West, and they do not return security deposits when you move out. Wendy has been great to me, but there's only so much she can do when IGI Accounting's strategy is to ignore all outreach, unless they're asking you for money of course"

"Nice building, no issues with doormen. Spacious apartments for a good price compared to other buildings in the area for the same sq footage. Downside is no rooftop. Also, someone NEEDS to address the garbage problem. Trash room and chute needs to be cleaned."
