"Was there from April of 2021 to November it is a good place you just have to want to change yes there’s gonna be fighting when you live in a cottage with 12 other boys/girls there’s going to be especially with peoples anger problems and etc but staff are quick to get on it I know that personally they’ll also build a good bond with you I still talk to one of them to this day #mr nicks the goat cottage 3 4L I also never put any effort in school but got a years worth of credits in abt 4 of those months would recommend sticking with there school after if do able"

"My child went to this facility in November a few days before thanks giving. Before that the girl honestly smoked everyday all day little snoop dog. Well since she has been there she was able to have a home visit for Christmas. She went back and failed a drug screen for Marijuana.. I know for a fact she didn't smoke she was with her family the whole time. She talked to us about 12 steps how good she was doing how she wants a better life. I called up there today come to find out the 1st drug test they gave her was negative!! How is that possible she smoked Like chef Keefe everyday?. So now this kid that changed her mindset is discouraged and down because they didn't think it was odd her passing after we both told them how she smoked everyday. She is being punished because they didn't do there jobs correctly. And no I'm not a mom who thinks her kid does no wrong. The girl was by me all day. I know she didn't smoke!!! This place is a joke!!!"

"The lack of communication throughout the staff causes large problems. Especially with the kids when one house parent makes them follow rules but another allows them to cuss. Also multiple staff telling the parent different stories of incidents and rules of visitations ect. They say they have a zero tolerance for fighting yet there was fighting almost everyday my son was there. They know how to hide from the cameras. There was also 2 boys that climbed out a window in the middle of the night and stole a car from my son's cottage. They are highly reviewed throughout Indiana and one of the highest recommended residentials. Which scares me to think of the other ones available. But I do have to say I loved my son's therapist and the pediatrician was amazing. His caseworker was very helpful and nice but rarely responded timely and due to the fact she had to many kids. My son would often try speaking to her in the cafeteria or cottage and felt ignored and she admitted she was always on her phone and what the kids said went in one ear and out the other because she was so busy. While he was there I felt like he got great medical care , they were very on top of things in that department. The campus is beautiful. There are alot of good people that work there. Because of the violence I would not recommend. My son is in a different place and is thriving and they actually have a zero tolerance for fighting."
