"Update********* We went back to the Wine Shop and were so pleased we had excellent service once again. Thank you Jake for once again providing the diamond standard service we are used to. So disappointed in the service. Jake has let his customer service slip. We come in and get ignored. Other tables get service even though we were here first. He used to be friendly and show excellent customer service. Hope this is just a bad day and not the new norm."

"Absolutely fabulous selection of wine and craft beers. I'm going to have to go back to sample some of the cheeses. I don't remember the name of the lady that helped us but she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The slushies are very refreshing on a hot day. Great atmosphere and vibe in here. Within walking distance of the Honeywell Center so stop in before a show. We will definitely be back!"
