"10/10 would recommend. The caring nature of all the staff and the attention to details is what makes a mama comfortable leaving her baby all day so she can go to work. I could not imagine taking my child anywhere else. Even when your baby is sick, Amber will reach out and see how you are doing because they truly care about all of their kids. However, it would be nice to have upgraded features on the ProCare app so that we can stay updated throughout the day what our babies are doing (eating, sleeping, etc). We trust you all day and miss out on 8+ hours with them and miss them so much that it would be nice to be able to check in with their activities throughout the day."
"We have had the best experience with Abacus. Our older son went there for 2 years (he is now in 3rd grade) and our almost 4 year old has been there since around 12 weeks. They were amazing during the beginning of COVID and we really can see the milestones that our little one has gained being there from an early age. I love the teachers and administrative staff. They are always willing to help with any request and truly make us feel like a part of an extended family. Carla, Amber and Brenda are always so sweet when I have had to call or had a concern. We feel truly lucky to have our son here. We know he will always be well cared for."
