"I definitely have become a frequent customer here at Binny's I have my little key fob on my keychain I love when I rack up points I am a mixologist so what I am in Hyde Park this is the One Stop Shop to all my needs they have everything from spirits, wines, liqueurs, mixes beers, straws shakers everything you need to set the party off in a major way or if you just want to go and restock your own private bar at home which I do they definitely have exclusive selections that you really don't find anywhere else in the city I believe that's why I come to the establishment because they have rare selections and I like to have different things on my bar at home rather you are a bartender/mixologist or you just like to create crafty cocktails at home at your own leisure this is still One Stop Shop to take care of your needs thank me later"

"Where do I start? I love Binny’s in Oaklawn. I came into the Hyde Park location and unfortunately met the big black guy that works in customer service with the black suit on. He was so unnecessarily ignorant I was disgusted thank God for Damien who stepped in and took care of myself and my fiancé. Thank you Damien for bringing quality customer service back even though I won’t be coming back to this location. It’s a shame that someone would act so ugly the day before Thanksgiving."

"I will not but anything from Binnys ever again. The customer service is terrible. The assistant manager ANGELA CROWLEY is super rude. I buy cigars from there literally every week. I spend hundreds of dollars monthly. A cigar that I wanted to purchase was labeled at $13.65 but the register it comes up at $30 dollars. I know that’s about more than half of a price difference. But to only offer em $5 dollars off the cigar and to be rude about it was very unacceptable. That’s false advertising regardless of the situation. The price should have been honored or a better discount. ANGLEA CROWLEY also gave me the wrong number to customer service. I’ve seen her be rude to others in the past so her behavior doesn’t surprise me."
