"Do not go to sell precious metals as they either don’t know how to check or they are trying to scam you. I went to sell a small amount of silver which they claimed was spray painted and fake yet they were willing to pay me for the 1 oz they tested (red flag). Took the rest to Birmingham Gold Refinery and they showed me it was real and were concerned that someone would pay for fake silver. Was disappointed but most of all concerned about the lack of integrity."

"Will rate 5* if I'm refunded!! Bought a keurig coffee maker on Feb 1st, 2016, tried to make coffee the next morning and it doesn't work! Paid $40.00 bucks for a broke coffee maker!! Bought it on my MasterCard and have both receipts from the pawn shop on moody parkway. I thought for sure they tested there products before selling it to the public! Guess I was wrong! If I get a refund I'll rate 5*, buyer beware!!! Better test out before you buy from these pawn shops!!!"
