"After receiving a call that my husbands procedure started at 8am, they didn’t call him back until after 9, and didn’t start the procedure until after 10. They need to warn patients and drivers about the time commitment. But he said people were nice."

"From the moment I checked into The Surgical Institute of Alabama, I was greeted with friendly, smiling faces. The staff was very kind and genuinely cared for me. Dr. Carlo removed a ganglion cyst that was quite sizable. He has great bedside manner and walked me through the whole process before the procedure. Recovery at SIA was painless and quick. I like that I was able to go home to continue to recover. I appreciate everyone at SIA for the wonderful care! I would recommend SIA if you need an outpatient procedure. 5 stars!"
