"Why bother sending out an email saying I can pick up my package when I actually can’t? Y’all are the worst and the lady working didn’t even attempt to go check for me and claimed the packages are not in order. That isn’t my problem. How about stop sending emails out when I can’t get what I need? So lazy and rude."
"There's snow on the roads and many businesses are closed and I need to know if you're open or closed before I try to get out of my house in dangerous conditions. A phone number to your specific location to figure that out would be helpful instead of a nationwide automated system that ultimately does not have that specific information available. So now I have to fly blind because figuring out if you're open or not is confidential information."
"If I could give this postal service zero stars, I would! We never know when, or even IF, our mail will be delivered or picked up. This past November, our whole neighborhood got no mail delivered or picked up for at least 3 days. I've also had checks that I was expecting arrive almost a MONTH late. This week I was expecting a package from Amazon that did not arrive, even though the tracking information showed it had been placed in my mailbox. Just by chance we checked a vacant property mailbox several doors down the next day, and there it was! Just ridiculous! We also never know what time to expect the mail. One day it's 10am, the next day it's 7 or 8pm! And now they are going to raise the cost of stamps AGAIN in January! REALLY!?"
"STEVEY is my postal worker and he is absolutely amazing and the sweetest. I run a small business out of my home and always have tons of packages. He never complains, always delivers on time and stacks them neatly in the safe space out of the weather. STEVEY you are a phenomenal postal worker and I am so thankful for you!"
