"FedEx said they delivered my package but I didn't receive it and I was at home when they said that they delivered the package. I tried to call FedEx to explain that the package was delivered to the wrong address but all I got was a computer that said my package has been delivered. So I had to called the company I ordered from to tell them I didn't receive my package."

"I assume this is the hub center for deliveries. I ordered a TV stand and it was supposedly delivered last Friday - 3/30/2020 - to “customer”. I was home all day / did not receive delivery. Called main fed x and was transferred to trace dept who was suppose to call me back on Monday. No one called - when I called on Tuesday was told file closed. Called vendor and they reshipped immediately out another. Supposedly delivered today - 3/26/2020 - again I was here all day. Again was sent to trace department who said they would check it out. So for the second time someone has recd a free TV stand at my expense. There is no customer service for this company .... for if so then someone would be on phone to me since this is the second time this had happened less than a week’s time."
