"I thought this was a good place until I had my surgery consult and was told a PE was missed and I had a rare infection from my port. It seems like this should have been caught before I had to have a 14 day inpatient stay, and 4 weeks of iv antibiotics. It almost cost me my life, if you have cancer and you decide to use these doctors pay attention to what they are doing and ask questions because every time I brought up systems I was told it was side effects from chemo obviously wasn't paying attention to my blood work."
"This place is wonderful. I read all the bad reviews and I have never had a problem. Sure there will be a wait. Just be patient. Dr. Halbrook is my doctor and he has taken very good care of me. I am a four time cancer survivor."
"No one in that office should be allowed to have a medical license. Cancer patients need kindness. The staff makes sure you understand who has the power and so does Dr Halbrook. Having cancer should not give anyone power over you , but some how this Dr and his staff have figured out a way to do just that. Making someone wait for an hour in the lobby and then putting them in a room for another hour and a half is damaging to a patient. The patient isn't allowed to complain, most fear the retaliation from the Dr and staff. We experienced that first hand . They know their isn't another Dr n Meridian to go to . Some people have no choice but to suffer thru and It's disheartening. When do we stop letting this happen."
