"We were told 4-6 weeks for the cabinets. It initially got pushed back to 10 weeks but the cabinets finally came just for them to forget two of the cabinets. It’s been 13 weeks now and we still don’t have our kitchen. The staff will not help you at all instead just tell you that they’ll call you back tomorrow to never call back. We are currently just in limbo and no one will help us. This has been a nightmare company to work with please from the bottom of my heart do research before ordering through them. They scammed us with a big sale but in this case cheaper is not better. I wish I could give this company a 0. At some point which I’m assuming it will come to this soon we will have to go to small claims court just to get the kitchen we paid for. Buyer beware. -a normal consumer (this can and will happen to you I read a review just like this before purchasing the product and thought it wouldn’t happen to me)"

"Terrible craftsmanship!! So disappointed!! Seams look like cracks in the wood.. they are on EVERY CABINET!! Do not use Diamond!!"

"I ordered semi-custom cabinets and waited six weeks for them to arrive only to receive very poor craftsmanship. They neglected to glue dovetails on the drawers. The side of one of the cabinets for an island was not cut straight, leaving large gaps. Cuts for the doors were often imprecise leaving gaps. Some edges that are supposed to be finished edges were not. The cabinets were packaged poorly for shipment and several pieces were damaged. I could go on. My kitchen has already been demolished and i have a room full of cabinets I can't use. This is going to hold up my remodel for weeks. Thanks a lot, Diamond."

"I purchased the Diamond at Lowes middle tier of cabinets. They arrived in two separate shipments because we ordered 2 different colors. The 2nd shipment arrived 3 months after placing the order. The cabinets arrived in good condition and our contractor installed them. The only complaint I have is that the frame on the underside is unfinished. But since we picked a color that Sherwin Williams carries I painted the unfinished edges. (Top molding not yet installed in the photos)"

"Unbelievably awful experience. Ordered first kitchen Sept of 2021, finally got it in March of 2022 supposed to be Feb, they even called with 2 different dates they would delivery so I took work off and last min it was changed.. so I lost income twice since I’m self employed. When we opened the first kitchen the stain was awful on every cabinet, even had a few Kemper brand mixed in and 5 piece drawer was flat slab on a drawer. We had the district rep come to our home and he took pictures and agreed all new order. He placed new order was told 4ish weeks.. in the meantime quality control stopped the order because she wanted to come touch them up.. no way it would’ve worked even Lowes agreed.. so order was started again.. another delay!! So I warehoused the first order from March to June and we only have a single stall garage. Received the 2nd order in June and as they were loading up first kitchen I opened a few of the new and they were just as bad.. I’m done at this point. After a week or so my order was turned over to Lowes Corporate. They agreed to refund me but as for compensation for my loss of income, paying my contractor to help with loading and unloading.. interest on my loan and now everything is more expensive plus the fact that it’s now a year later, so disappointing and frustrating, the only thing Lowes would do is 15% off next purchase and Diamond nothing.. see how they treat their customers. It took until July to get the second kitchen picked up, Lowes sent one guy and a flatbed.. my husband helped the guy. As I was relooking over my invoice the other day, I noticed it read.. below items Starved Blotchy Finish, that is NOT what I ordered, I ordered Jamestown Maple in Thatch. I’m not sure who ordered that but now wondering if that is why both kitchens looked like they did. This is even more frustrating because I have lost so much $ and not my fault.. it was one of these companies!! I can’t believe 2 multimillion dollar companies treat customers this way! I learned my lesson the hard way! The pictures show some of both kitchens, the invoice and one is the sample door I ordered from the factory."
