"Very poor learning experience ; bullying is very common and teachers do nothing to stop it; in fact, they almost seem to encourage it. The bullying problem, the fact that 6th graders don't have lockers, and that there is some sort of infestation in the roof (from my time there at least) holds me back from giving this school a better review."

"I am a former student at Chelsea middle. (6th grade 2015-2016) I have to say that this was the worst school I've been to. The school itself is not properly funded. I found it to be a very poor experience in general - both the teachers and most of the students are very disrespectful. The teachers are very biased and often pick favorites. The administration wasnt better. Plus, when i went to school here, us 6th graders didn't even have lockers! So we had to slug our heavy backpacks (with all of our supplies) to every class. A summary - the school has many internal problems. Nearly everyone there is unfriendly and the school does not have enough money to supply for every student. Despite Chelsea middle not being the best school, the only thing I enjoyed was the computer class. I'm glad I switched"

"Okay, everyone make a difference! Be positive and deny those around you who are negative. You can achieve great things in spite of any circumstances. Remember it's the teachers job to "teach" and/or provide the information, it's your job to learn it. You don't need babysitters anymore, those of you who do will wonder in the halls and spend useless hours talking, everyone else will get busy working, learning and growing. Your future awaits, so get busy!"

"This is the worst school I've ever been to in my entire life of living. I enjoy learning and school in general, but this school crushed my spirits. The ceiling leaks water when it rains and they sit rags and buckets up and down the halls when this happens. Also half the school is closed because there is a really dangerous mold growing in the halls. The faculty and staff barely care about our safety nor intellegence. The only thing they care about at this school is how short your skirt is and if your leaning back in your seat or not."
