"I had some returns with Amazon and a few of the items gave a scan code and others gave a print mailing label option. The scan code is easy, scan code for item you are returning and UPS will package and return ship to Amazon for Free. The mailing label has to be printed out by you and presented with the return item and the return packaging/shipping is Free. This particular store in Trussville , Al., on Main St. will provide computer assistance to print the labels for Free. I’m so pleased with their excellent Customer Service."
"Poor customer service from the older person who opened the store yesterday. He has a terrible attitude and just rushes you through the process. He doesn't even look up to acknowledge your presence and talks roughly to you. I could say he was busy but the store had just opened and I was the only one there. His attitude was the same the last time I shipped a package, so apparently this is his norm. He didn't offer me a receipt or tracking number but I didn't realize it until later. How can I even be certain my package is being shipped to the right location or what the tracking number is? What is my recourse if there's an issue? UPS, you can do better than this. Customer skills are important."
