Merle was so patient and helpful when we had no idea what we were doing and had never explored hardwood floors before. Our installer, Nick was amazing. By the time he left our house, we felt like he was part of the family. Our house was in disarray for a week and a half but Nick did his best to make it as painless as possible. "Hoosier Hardwood Floors did an AMAZING job refinishing the original 1964 hardwood floors throughout our home. We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this job - from quote to topcoat. Bert was great to work with from coming to our home in Mishawaka to take measurements, getting us a quote, scheduling the work, coming by to check as the work was in progress, and communication throughout the entire process. Anthony was meticulous and thorough with the sanding and staining. Chad did a great job with the topcoats. They were all very polite and considerate, and it was a pleasure to have each of them work in our home. The final product was more beautiful than we imagined.
