"Usually LOVE the people here. Today 5/17, the older lady there was being rude to the other workers, the customers and was trying her absolute BEST to be as unhelpful as possible. It’s a shame this is the only ups store in Fairhope. This woman actually started four other tasks while my order was READY. You guys should consider taking a class on task/time management and Customer Service."
