"I ordered my Blichmann Brew Easy Compact system around February of 2023, directly from Blichmann. The price is the same no matter where you get it. The staff was extremely helpful to me in getting together a customized order for me. I already had a pump, so I was able to remove that from the order. When my system arrived, everything was in perfect shape. It was securely packaged, and no dings or scratches were incurred. I made a few inquires, through phone and e-mail, to the company, and I always got an on-time response. Their customer service is top notch. I ordered my system before the Surface Technology was released so I have the 240V heating element. I have no issues with it, and with the superb control the Brew Commander controller provides, there has never been issues with scorching. I've ordered some accessories for my system directly from Blichmann, and again enjoyed a level of service that I am most pleased and satisfied with. I've done 8 batches of beer on my system, some of them the best I have produced in over 30 years as a home brewer. This was a lifetime investment I am really happy about!"

"I have not dealt directly with the Blichmann website but I have ordered several items from Anvil Brewing which is related to Blichmann. I have had nothing but great experiences with their products and customer service. I own the Anvil Foundry 10.5 and it is the single best investment I have ever made in my home brewing arsenal. My brew days are so much quicker and easier. Being able to set a timer for your water to be at mash temp for when you’re ready is game changing. I have bought many of the accessories for the Foundry, the whirlpool arm, the recirculation kit, the brew bag, among other things. One day I’d like to get the steam condenser as I brew in the house but have not pulled the trigger on it yet. I could not recommend Blichmann and Anvils products more highly."
