"My husband & I had a very unpleasant experience with a customer service rep who I don't think has worked there very long...at least she didn't act like it. She was not very knowledgeable in helping with a problem my husband had with his phone. He was indeed upset with his phone service & wanted it resolved...he was respectful, but direct. She took everything he said too personal, lost her cool, asked us to leave, & said some things that a customer service person should never say.. I know..I worked with the public for 40 years, & I know that sometimes you just have to take things & move on, being gracious as you go. The old saying, " the customer is always right", is still true today, even if at the time you think they're not.. Didn't get her name, however she needs to learn to handle people better & learn her job... We went directly to the Decatur store, & the problem was resolved within minutes..We won't be back in the Moulton store.."
