"I have been to Birmingham Physical Therapy a number of times over the last 10 years. They have always done a great job. They especially helped me completely rehab my shoulder after surgery and I’m back on the tennis court! I really like that they give you 45 minutes of undivided attention. That is plenty of time for manual work and range of motion work and some exercises. This is much better than other places I’ve been to who mostly have you doing exercises by yourself and then they come back every now and then to tell you what to do next. "This is an excellent PT Clinic. As a Retired PT myself, it is the clinic that I would choose. I am attending a twice a week Fit For Life exercise class there and I never see a patient just sitting on a machine doing reps of exercises. Each patient has the one on one attention of a PT! That is how it should be. Melanie Cosio DPT leads the Fit For Life class and it is the best thing that I have ever done for myself. The small class size means that she can instruct everyone so that you are doing the exercise correctly and modify if needed."
