"My wife and I went to buy new tile for our kitchen remodel, however the employee behind the counter never acknowledged us. We walked around, looking at al the tile samples, even had to find the light switch for the back room in order to see. We found several colors and styles that we really liked, but the employee undoubtedly couldn't be bothered to get off of his cell phone to help us. DO NOT tell me to "shop small, buy local" when this is the best that KY Tile has to offer. We ordered all of our tile from Lowe's down the street."
"The only thing good about Ky Tile was the displays of showers with the tile in them to see what they would look like. We purchased ceramic tile for our shower/bath surround.,we also bought vinyl interlocking waterproof flooring. We had to order most of it. We spent over $1200. The person that was our salesperson didn’t explain how the flooring came. We looked at the display which showed 3 different sizes on one tile, that’s how we thought it came. When we got it, it was 18” X 36” tiles that were all smooth and looked like one huge tile. We were using for a small/average bathroom. It just wouldn’t have looked right. I was given the run around about returning it and getting something else. They would only give us half the money back, because they were charging us $100 for shipping. The total shipping for all our tile ($1200 worth) was $150. The vinyl tile were just $200 plus shipping. We just kept the vinyl tile and are trying to sell it ourselves. We bought vinyl plank flooring at Lowe’s for a lot less. The manager for this store was very hateful and hung up on me! Won’t go back!!!"

They guided us around the displays and made sure what we choose fit with our overall kitchen decor! We made a selection and it was installed! It looks perfect and we’re very happy!"
