"Sometimes a bit dysfunctional but overall a great store. Never had a problem finding what I need or didn’t need lol parking lot is a bit small but there’s a parking lot attachment you can use."

"This is a pretty clean store. Some friendly associates, but the Manager is quite rude. You can't even go out of your way to try and make her smile because she will make you feel stupid. They have now hiring signs on their doors at all times, but anytime you ask she tells you they are fully staffed. One day she was frustrated. And told my husband she needed employees, he told her about me, I have experience as I was a store manager for Dollar General for 5 years. I am needing a job badly. She tells him to have me put my application in and she'll hire me on the spot. Even though I had already put an application for that location several times, I went ahead and did another one. That night I went in to tell her, she was talking to a family member on her cell phone so I politely told her when she was done with her phone call I need to talk to her and she gave me a dirty look like who the hell are you. I walked around the store once and made my way back to the office, and she was gone for the day. I left my name and number and asked her assistant to let her know I put my application in....I never heard a word from her. So frustrating."

"Great staff! I love the cashiers Brenda and Kasey they are wonderful and the manager Robin is wonderful, there's one black manager that's fine ash"

"It's a family dollar, you get what you get. The staff is usually helpful and nice, usually the store has what i'm looking for and they have a parking lot next door if you feel the need to drive. Store could use a remodel though, it's a little dumpy."

"Family Dollar store 01422 is a bad example of a store for anyone shopping easily. Door are old and narrow making it hard for handicapped customers to get in and out. The isles are cluttered with free standing product displays. There are 2 or 3 pushcarts, and for months ... no shopping baskets... !!! Most of the staff knows me, and understand in my wheelchair I need something to carry my items in while I shop and lend me a bag. But if they don't know me, they won't (I understand, its just not helpful). The front of the store only has only one way to get to checkout. Otherwise, you should know that over the last year, I have found it harder and harder to shop there. I used to shop there a couple times a week, now only when I have no other choice. Sorry, but I hope this moves you to make your store more handicapped accessible. Thanks for listening, Lou Gibson."
