"Show up today to pick up a very important medication that my father needs to regulate his blood sugar only to be told that it will need to be ordered. The medication was actually due for refil several days ago yet I received no courtesy call to inform me that the prescription was ready nor that the medication needs to be ordered like most pharmacies do. This seems to be a continuous problem as far as communication goes and for showing urgency in providing crucial medications to their patients. The very problems that we left the big brand pharmacies for. I hope JD improves in this area moving forward."
