"Over the last 3 years, I've been building a new home. I've spent thousands of dollars in that time with Bender Lumber. Yesterday, I called in to order the board by the Road. A "half price" pile they put out occasionally because the boards aren't perfect. Everyone who works there knows me. They wrote the order down and I said I would be in to pay later. Well, when I went in to pay the next morning, they had sold boards from MY ORDER to someone else. So, I'm no longer doing business here again, nor Bender Lumber Company PERIOD"
