"Pharmacy staff is a joke."

"Used the website to make a Flu shot appointment. When I arrived the store was closed. Appointment was at 7:30pm and they started closing at 7 pm."

"Pharmacy is absolutely incompetent. I dont think I've ever had a single prescription go the way it's supposed to. The techs and sales associates are rude, I've been directly lied to multiple times. They don't have any consideration for the patient, making it abundantly clear they dont care about any of their patients. They will entirely ignore you for 5 minutes or more half the time, refusing to even acknowledge your presence. Not only do the pharmacy staff not seem to care, and regularly appear to have no idea what they're doing, the rest of the staff throughout the store doesnt seem to care in the least about anything. No consideration for your time whatsoever. Very few staff there seem to care. Also during the entire Corona situation, I have repeatedly seen pharmacy and occasionally store staff refuse to wear masks properly, despite serving vulnerable populations. They don't care about you, so don't care about them and take your business elsewhere. Been using them for months and they haven't changed a bit, so i don't expect them to. Currently working on transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere"

"It's the holiday season so I'm being generous and giving them an extra star. I know why people don't really shop at Walgreens anymore. Their store manager is extremely rude. If you want people to come into your store be nicer to working people. I don't care if Walgreens is the last store on Earth I'm not going back"
