"We have been trying to get someone out here for a “drain and clean” since April (actually had tried last August and gave up by the time fall/winter came around). Both my husband and I have been in contact with them, and each time my husband was told “we haven’t forgotten about you, and someone will be out next week.” That “next week” turns into “weeks” before we try contacting them again. We had given up, but now we have had a rattlesnake “feasting” off of the frogs who have made our pool their home!! VERY poor customer service!!"
