"Nature Connect has been wonderful for my son. This program is the best part of his school week! The community of teachers, students, and parents are amazing! I couldn’t be happier with our choice and I grateful for the opportunity for him to attend every week!"

"I can’t say enough good things about this program. My daughter loves it. I love it. She learns and has fun at the same time, plus she builds a great relationship with nature and the outdoors. We’ve done the family group, the summer camp, and the preschool. I highly recommend them all."

"I have a 2 yr. old going on 3 yr. old son who has been participating in Nature Connect Alabama for a year now. He has been a part of the baby/toddler program that has met in the Fall and the Spring for a 6-week once a week program. I have to say that this program is one of the best we have found for him and his age. He has learned to identify common species of plant and even animal in the local area and has learned respect and admiration through the experience and Miss Brinkley's gentle and wonder-filled teaching! She is so great with the little ones and always has fun games, experiments, activities, and songs to teach the kids! If you are looking for an intro to outdoor learning and wanting to plant the seed of adventure in your little one, I cannot recommend it enough! We can't wait to go back outside with Miss Brinky!"

"We were so delighted to find Nature Connect- a fun, hands-on, exploratory way to encourage our kids to learn about and appreciate nature! The teachers facilate learning in an organic way that guides children in discovery through questions and active play. Both my son and daughter have participated in the Forest Friends Program and the summer camps. In a time when many kids never play beyond the confines of their manicured yard, Nature Connect provides the opportunity to catch fish and tadpoles, kayak, swim in a creek, make mudpies, learn about the uses of plants and interact with animals in their natural habitat. Nature Connect is fun, builds confidence, and an appreciation of our natural world. My kids love it and we are so grateful for the experiences, memories and joy it brings them!"

"What a wonderful experience for my children. Exploring and learning about the natural environment in our area is the main focus, all while not even realizing they were learning. We now know what types of flowers are edible, how to throw a cast net, what types of fish we caught, etc. I would highly recommend Nature Connect to any age group. And I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a “moms” camp!!"
