"I just placed and picked up and order through clicklist 2 hours ago, and cut into the “fresh” bell pepper that has MOLD in it. I am absolutely disgusted and this is not the first time something like this has happened. Take the moldy produce OFF the shelves and don’t grab from the back when you’re fulfilling a pickup order. RESTOCK with FRESH produce, this is absolutely disgusting! DO BETTER."
"A hundred people in the checkout line and they only have 2 lanes with cashiers open. If I didn't absolutely need certain in my cart, I would leave it and walk out. Very bad customer service. Open a register! We were in the checkout line for over 30 minutes and we won't be back. When I got home, the shrimp I bought at the meat counter smelled off and I had to throw it out."
"New Year’s Day 2024…..place is packed at 5:30ish pm. Lines for all checkouts back to frozen foods. I’m in line for self checkout and can’t help but notice an employee working the self checkout, ringing up customers with 5 or less and bagging in the next lane! Shout out to Shawn(Sean?)….positive attitude and working like crazy for the customers. People noticed…they may not have said anything, but they noticed!"
"Tonight I went to this Kroger and accidentally dropped my debit card after checking out. THANK YOU SO MUCH to the honest caring family who found it by their car and thank you to the male security guard (sorry I didn’t get your name!) who genuinely presented as caring that this happened to me. He started looking immediately. He even went out to the parking lot of his own accord to look - which I deeply appreciated. The actions of these kind people really meant a lot to me and reminded me there are still good people out there!! May good karma come back your way. :)"
"I went Krogering this past Thursday to shop for groceries for Memorial Day weekend. When I got the the register, there was Jasyn. Such a nice person. So mild mannered and polite. He rang up my groceries perfectly AND packed my groceries perfectly with my salad tomato on top. It is so rare that I get such good service these days. And a shout out to Jonathan “The Joker” for spotting a bad lemon, notifying me about it and going all the way back to Produce to get me a new bag. Now that’s GOOD SERVICE. I smiled for the first time all day on the way out. Thank you both!!!!!"
