"Had to do a refund on some unused merchandise and was told I couldn’t get a full refund because of the type of merchandise I purchased. The sign that was sitting on the counter clearly stated that no refunds on this type of merchandise after 10/27/2022! When this was brought to their attention that today is the 27th and they are still open for business, the employee wasn’t complying with the store policy. She was very RUDE about the situation from the start. Customers shouldn’t have to put up with this type of RUDENESS simply for a refund of unopened/ used merchandise!!"
"My husband went to get red plates for a school party tomorrow. They close at 6:00. My husband got there before 6:00 and the doors were locked. He said an employee unlocked the door and let people out. My husband said he needed to grab plates and they told him they were closed. Clearly, they closed much earlier than 6 if the doors were already locked. I understand people want to close up and go home, but when you close at 6:00 honor that. This is the first and last time we will be going to this store."
"9/15/22 Helium balloons lost their lift very quickly … within 6 hours. Not at all worth the cost. *** update 9/20/22 You say that you will address the issue, but really?? After I left my initial review, I scrolled through other people’s reviews and saw that 7 months ago someone had the same issue/complaint. You said in response to their review that you would address the issue… obviously you did not. Future customers take note."
