"The worse place ever!!! Definitely violates my hippa rights... called me names. Dr. Dudley is the worst, and Lindsey Blout is as well. The front desk. .. TERRIBLE"

"So far ive had 2 bad experiences with this office. The first time happened sometime last year.i scheduled an appointment for my son. Go to the appointment only told the dr they sceduled my son for doesnt do adhd testing(i specifically told the lady what i was cominy in for when i made the appointment) so i had to reschedule. Mind you i waited 2 months for the appointment only to have to wait another month. The second time just happened, 3 months ago i sceduled an appoitment for my son the lady on the phone told me 845. Get there they say my appointment was at 8. They had a different phone number and said they tried to call. Mind you i gave the lady my phone number when i scheduled. Now i have to wait another month. They also scheduled him with a completly different dr. I told the lady at the desk that he doesnt see dr Whitcomb she proceeded to still reschedule my appointment with the same dr. Like completely ignored what i said all together. I have no issue with the dr but the ladies who schedule the appointments and are at the front desk are rude and unprofessional and need to work on communication. Needless to say im finding another dr for my son. Second time they have messed up im not giving them a chance for a third."

"The therapists and staff are extremely professional and courteous. They will work with you and your insurance to make sure you receive the best treatment available specific to your needs. My therapist Jessica Richardson and Dr. Dudley my psychiatrist genuinely seem invested in my well-being. I am so happy I found them. They are also prompt in returning calls and filling out paperwork. I highly recommend and I am so happy Psychology Associates is a part of my wellness team."

"This office, doctors, and nurses are absolutely golden from the front desk all the way back. They have helped me so much no matter what I need. If I have a question. they make me feel like family and help me as best as they can. Dr. Dudley is one of the sweetest doctors I have ever found, and NP Jessica Richardson is fabulous. I absolutely love what they do and how they continue you help me as I recover. Best place around to receive mental health care."

"these people are extremely rude. if you're going here, you obviously need help, and they don't make it any easier for you. the people at the front desk make you feel ignorant, talk to you like crap. when all you're there to do is seek help. they deny me from getting helped because of the few times i canceled, but with what i'm diagnosed with, comes social anxiety, and these people are very inconsiderate."
