"I received outstanding customer service at Sherwin-Williams, Zionsville recently. I stopped in with two small paint chips to match interior wall colors. Vicki was patient, informative and thorough in eventually providing the paint colors needed. The chips were two small for the "match detector" machine; however, Vicki patiently helped me find the correct color. Great store, excellent customer care! Thank you!"

"I spoke with the store manager Lexi about returning some deck stain that had been tinted. I was never told all sales are final and there was no label on the can saying I could not return it, no store policy on the receipt, and nothing posted in the store saying ALL TINTED PAINT SALES FINAL. She was not helpful to say the least. Zero personality and the customer service was just not there. I am a loyal customer and have been coming there over ten years. She could at least smile be more friendly and apologetic even if she could not refund my money. She was very robotic and kept saying our policy is we don't return tinted paint. Its sad that a big name company like Sherwin-Williams Williams treats loyal customers this way. She did not care to hear why I wanted to return the unused unopened stain but only cared about repeating the store policy. She also told me I had to return the paint to the original store of purchase. Where is the customer service?Where is the human element? Where is the customer retention? I'll never shop with Sherwin-Williams again if I’m treated this way. Lexi needs a course on customer service, human relations and interaction."
