"Thankful to find good counselors who accept Medicaid. I called all morning here in Gardendale with no luck. Glad to find them!"

"Do not take your child here. The counselor we had is not very well trained.. I learned my lesson. Be sure that you thoroughly check out your counselor before letting your child go to them. The management at this place does not know what they are doing. I'm sure there is some good counselors here but it appears the management is here to make a quick buck. I do not see this place being a stable part of our community."

"I’ve been calling since maybe September/October to inquire about an appointment with no response. My pediatrician did a referral in early December and today January 9th I got a callback based off of my calls and not even my doctor referral. I’m not too comfortable with the efficiency so far. Hopefully the actual visit will be better but the repressive called was very lackadaisical about the length of time it took for a callback."

"I recommend my therapist at Warrior Wellness to anyone seeking therapy. I have seen other therapists in the past, but none compare to Josh. He is compassionate, kind, and has helped me work through some serious life adjustments. Though I have not seen other therapists here, I am sure that they are all exceptional. I know that some people who have left reviews mention the cancellation fee, which I have also had to pay before myself; however, it is fully disclosed in their intake information that this is the policy, so I don't really understand why people get so upset when this occurs.. I have nothing but a good experience with Warrior Wellness and all of their staff."

"Truly loved this place & therapist until one day they wouldn’t see my kids because I was told that “the last several appointments hadn’t been paid for by insurance”. I checked insurance which hadn’t changed at all, let the practice know and also gave them the new telemedicine codes from the insurance company. No response to repeated emails (which is the better and faster way to communicate) to even try and help so I’ve come to the conclusion someone there doesn’t care enough or smart enough to file insurance claims. After months of therapy & gaining my kids trust, now I have to start over because it was very literally only a paycheck to them."
