"I'd give zero if I could. My husband got me a lamp from this store. It was broken when we opened it. Came to return it. I was told the only option I have is a gift card, even though we have the receipt. I shouldn't be stuck shopping in a store that doesn't have what I want to replace something they sold broken before we even opened it."
"Hi, i just had to finally say something after so long. I have been coming to this store for many years 9 to be exact. In the past i have always had great customer service! However these past few months that i have been going to find new decor for my new house has been very disappointing experiences. EVERYTIME i walk into the store I am never greeted with a hello, or anything by any means. The “manager” i believe i dont even know her name, short highlighted hair mid 40s is the rudest person i have ever met in my life by far. Just the look on her face makes it a very unpleasant shopping experience makes you want to walk out, and dont even ask her about anything because all you get is flat,short, strict answers, really its like she hates her job. Its really sad because i love this store but maybe she needs someone higher than a manager to talk to her and teach her how to give good customer service because she will drive sales away with that attitude and disrespect towards customers. I myself have left for that reason. And i dont just spend $20 every shopping spree used to be over 150 easily by weekly. I will be sticking to online shopping from now on. For reference i am Latino so not sure if its racism towards latino community or i don't know."
"This place is expensive, but they are the only store with this kind of selection in town. Home furnishings that are a few steps up from Pier 1. They have some candles that my friend is in love with."
"Love the selection of home decor and fantastic customer service from ALL of the staff, Especially Tara Jungels-Frisbie. She took the time to help me figure out the perfect pillows to go with my couch, then she convinced me to purchase the perfect pictures for my living room!! Thank you!"
